Consultation Appointment

This consultation gives you the opportunity to get more personalized recommendations from me, based on your health history and current needs.

How does it work?

• You will be emailed a detailed intake form that will go through your health history, and medications or supplements you are currently taking, an in-depth digestive health questionnaire, and additional information that will give me the best picture of your health/areas that need support
• After you have filled out your intake form I will contact you to schedule our 30 minute zoom/phone call (your preference) to talk about my recommendations, as well as give you the opportunity to ask any questions
• After our phone call I will email you a debrief of our conversation including any recommendations that I have made

I will include any products from my store that I have recommended for you as part of your protocol, and you can order them from my shop if you choose! There is no pressure to order any or all of the products recommended.

**If you would like to purchase a follow-up check in with me, you will see the option to add that to your order. This check-in can be scheduled at any time after our initial consultation so that you can ask me any questions, talk about any changes you've experienced, and receive next-steps based on your results with the recommended protocol.**
