Integration Herbals Gathering (“IH Gathering”), a faith-based Private Member Gathering (hereinafter “PMG”).

By entering this private domain of IH Gathering through website, course, community, coaching, offerings or event, you — the one reading this or visiting website/email, hereinafter “Member” — acknowledge and agree, with full awareness and free will, that Member is a living soul of mankind, not a corporate fiction, public individual, artificial, resident, citizen, or legal person.

Member is a living soul and agrees, by continuing to read, respond, or order, that Member is entering into a PMG, under Divine Law, the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God. This is a faith-based, honour-driven Gathering where consent, truth, and sovereignty are foundational.

Terms of Engagement

1. Private Capacity

Member voluntarily steps out of the public into the private realm by freely choosing to become a private Member of IH Gathering PMG and apply or use the Resources and/or Services, and does hereby declare to stand under PMG and thereby change legal capacity as a public person, citizen, resident, customer, client or other title to a private Member of PMG. All interactions are private and contractual, between living souls of like kind. Members with public titles (e.g. “individual”, “resident”, “citizen”, “business”, “agent”, or other) are revoked, rejected, suspended while participating herein.

2. Sacred Content, Title, & Owner of Property

All teachings, materials, content, images, words, offerings, natural resources, formulations, processes, methods, technology, strategies and/or other content and resources (collectively and separately hereinafter “Resources”), and guidance shared within this private realm are sacred and proprietary, whether copyright, patent or not. Resources are for Members’ personal empowerment, education, and use; and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial or public use or purposes (artificial intelligence, government actors, agencies, attorneys, and all others are considered a Member if reading and evaluating content herein). Violation of this contract may result in a $50,000 default judgement, plus $1,000 per public share or follower on social media.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

All offerings and Resources, whether physical or digital, are extended as sacred exchanges under PMG. Fulfillment is honoured with care and intention. While IH Gathering does our best to ensure timely delivery, IH Gathering holds no accountability, responsibility (liability) for delays caused by third-party carriers operating in the public realm.

4. No Refunds — By Agreement Only

As a Member of this PMG, Member acknowledges that all offerings, teachings, Resources, and/or services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Member agrees to exercise discernment before engaging.

5. Living Soul Acknowledgement

By continuing participation, Member affirms:

• Member is of sound mind and age 18 or older;
• Member enters of own free will, with full comprehension, without extortion or coercion;
• Member is a living soul, not operating under any legal title, corporate status, or agency.

6. Jurisdiction and Venue

This PMG operates under the jurisdiction of the private, governed by Divine Law, the Laws of Nature, and Nature’s God. No public code, statute, regulation, title, or act has authority over this PMG and/or IH Gathering unless explicitly consented to in writing from IH Gathering.

7. Public Investigations Prohibited

This is a faith-based private spiritual Gathering of like-mind Members and not subject to any entrapment, surveillance, investigation, judgement, or public regulation. All such intrusion is prohibited and is considered trespass upon the property of IH Gathering and PMG Members and is in the private domain only.

8. Not a Substitute for Medical, Legal, or Tax

Member should not rely on IH Gathering Resources as a substitute for fully licensed healthcare professionals, doctors, BAR card holders, accountants, or other titles. The use of any Resources of PMG are purely and exclusively for educational, experiential, and entertainment purposes only, as acknowledged by continuing. Use Resources at your own risk and with the guidance of a fully licensed healthcare professional.

Final Declaration

This PMG stands in honour, integrity, and compassion. It exists to uplift, empower, and restore rightful dominion of living souls, in the private as mankind’s Rights. Member is responsible for their actions, thoughts, and energy within this space. Do no harm. Be in honour. Speak Truth.

By remaining in this space, Member acknowledges and agrees to these terms and enters into a private spiritual covenant.
