Grounded Tincture, 2oz

For my Monkey Mind and/or Heart Strong tincture fans, this is the new formula that is a marriage between the two! An elixir (tincture sweetened with raw honey) to help soften the mind and strengthen the heart <3

I love working with this elixir before speaking publicly, teaching yoga classes, or doing something that has me feeling nervous or disconnected from my heart space. A blend of relaxing nervines like passionflower, hops, reishi, and heart tonics hawthorn and motherwort.

Use as needed if experiencing anxiety, heart palpitations, or are feeling ungrounded or disconnected to your body.

Dosing:

There is flexibility in the way you choose to work with plants!

If you have a sensitive body and feel shifts easily with changes in supplementation/plant medicines, start with drop doses. Place 3-5 drops on the tongue as needed.

You can also take a full squeeze of the dropper onto the tongue or in a little water up to 5x daily. Take as needed, when you want to feel more grounded, level headed, and calm.
